Please note, generally, we do not offer returns and refunds, particularly on personalised items. However, if there is an issue with your order or it is lost during shipment, please contact us via email. We will be more than happy to assist you and to find a solution.

If your order is damaged, please contact us within seven working days and we usually arrange for a replacement.
